Q. How do I know what my suit or tuxedo size is?

A. All of our items will come with a standard fit unless otherwise stated. But if you don't know what your size is at all we have a very easy to use and simple measuring guide. Follow the instructions there and it will give you your suit/tuxedo size.

Q. Where's my order?

A. Please use the login button, to login to your account to see order status.

Q. What's my tracking#?

A. Please login to your account to see your tracking#. An email should also be in your email account with your tracking# within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Double check your spam/bulk/junk mail folder as they sometimes end up in there.

Q. Is my credit card safe on your site?

A. We use the most current and sophisticated 256 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to keep all credit cards safe during checkout. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

A. Absolutely. For military APO/FPO address we ship using USPS air to get to the military forwarded faster. For PO box address we ship USPS as well, but it can take a few days longer than FedEX. So if you have a street address as well, we suggest shipping there to receive your items quicker.

Q. I got an error message when placing my order, what now?

A. Please contact us and we will try to resolve your problem.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If you change your mind and want to cancel, please let us know quick and we will do our best to cancel your order before shipping. Once an item ships you will need to wait to receive the item and then contact us to do a return.

Q. Do you offer back orders?

A. We do offer back orders on items that are temporarily out of stock. 

Q. Do you offer Layaway?

A. We do offer layaway, just not through a program on the site. Please call us to make a down payment on an item you would like to put on layaway. 

Q. Do you have a catalog?

A. We do not offer a catalog. But all of our products are right here on this site for you to view.

Q. Do you have a physical store?

A. We don't. We like to move fast on putting out the best products to market at the cheapest prices, and we find doing that online instead of in stores is the best option.

Q. What are your business hours?

A. We are open 7 days a week. From 7am PST to 7pm PST.

Q. What size pants come with a particular suit?

A. Some of our suits and tuxedos come as separates, which means you order the pants size and jacket size separately. For items that come as "nested sets" the pants will be 6 inches smaller than the jacket. So a 40R jacket will come with 34" pants. All pants can be adjusted out 2" or in 2" by the tailor when you have them hemmed to length.

Q. Can I return my item if I don't like it?

A. We offer a full money back guarantee. So yes!

Q. Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?

A. We are more than happy to exchange your item for a different size or style.

Q. Do you hem the pants to my length for me?

A. All pants fit at a little different place on the waist/hips. So all of our pants come un-hemmed (very long) so you can have your local tailor or dry cleaner hem them to the exact length that you need.
